Just (impatiently) waiting

So after making progress two weeks in a row, there was no change at this week's appointment. My doctor has suggested a membrane sweep/stripping at next week's appointment but since my FIL is having major surgery the next day, we're going to ask her to hold off as long as it's ok for Nick. I think she wants to do it because it's one intervention that she can do to help bring on labor without having me in the hospital. And to be honest, I really don't want to have an induction...though I may not have much choice in the matter.

We attended my friend Shari's wedding last night which was absolutely incredible - not to mention a great way to get out of the house and enjoy a fun evening with friends. They had a great live band (I think I counted 13 musicians!) and Nick was dancing along all night long. I will say that I was exhausted by the time we got home...at 3 am!
