These are PRACTICE contractions?

So for the past couple of days, I've been experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions which are usually painless "practice" contractions. Yeah. This afternoon I had a couple that were not comfortable at all and ended up coming home from work early to lay down. Then I had 8 not-so-comfortable contractions in an hour (anywhere from 17 minutes apart to 2 minutes apart) along with some pretty yucky cramping. I was thisclose to calling the doctor but thankfully, my dear husband said something that made me angry with him (with these prego hormones, it doesn't take much) and it made me feel better! I stomped around for a few minutes and plopped myself into a recliner to steam...then no more contractions! I've only had one in the last 2.5 hours and it didn't hurt so I think we're doing ok again!

Tomorrow I'm going shopping with Tash for some shoes & clothes - I can't wait!!
